The Sell South Florida Team was founded in 2020 by Ashley Baillio, a broker owner of Blue Realty and Laurin McDermott , a community minded agent and local expert.

Ashley Baillio graduated from University of Georgia with a Public Relations degree and immediately began marketing and growth initiatives for Chick-fil-A. She transitioned to Real Estate in 2016, forming the Sell South Florida Team in 2020, and taking ownership in Blue Realty in 2023.
